1. Independent Reseller Status

Oriana Luxe operates as an independent boutique retailer of premium electric bicycles. We curate and resell authentic products from established manufacturers including, but not limited to, Trek, Specialized, and Giant.

Notice: Oriana Luxe is not the manufacturer of the E-bikes sold on this platform. All product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers, supplemented by Oriana Luxe’s boutique support services.

2. Purchase & Payment

By placing an order, you authorize Oriana Luxe to verify your payment method and perform a stock availability check. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or inventory discrepancies from the manufacturer.

3. Shipping & Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to our freight carrier. While we provide 100% shipping insurance, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package for visible damage before signing for delivery.

4. Assembly & Safety Warning

E-bikes purchased from Oriana Luxe arrive 95% pre-assembled. The final 5% (including but not limited to handlebar alignment and pedal attachment) is the responsibility of the consumer.

Crucial Safety Requirement: We strongly recommend a professional safety check by a certified technician before your first ride. Oriana Luxe is not liable for injuries resulting from improper home assembly.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oriana Luxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products purchased through our store.
