Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once processed, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (Ireland & EU)
Transit Time: 3–7 business days
Total Delivery Time: 4–10 business days
Cost: Free on all orders within Ireland and the EU
International Shipping
Transit Time: 10–20 business days
Total Delivery Time: 11–23 business days
Cost: Flat rate of €250 per order
International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import taxes as required by their country.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, each order includes a tracking link sent by email.

Shipping Restrictions
Large fitness equipment cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain oversized or heavy items may be restricted to delivery within Ireland and the EU only.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging.
Lost shipments should be reported to the support team to initiate a claim or replacement.
