The 30-Day Trial

At Oriana Luxe, we understand that a premium E-bike is a significant investment. To ensure total confidence, we offer a 30-day satisfaction window.

  • Bikes must have fewer than 10 miles (16km) on the odometer for a full refund.
  • Original packaging should be retained to ensure safe return transit.
  • A standard restocking fee of 10% applies to cover safety inspections and recalibration.

The Return Process

We've made returns as effortless as our rides. No need to visit a post office.

  • Initiate: Contact our Concierge team via email or phone.
  • Collection: We schedule a professional freight pickup from your residence.
  • Inspection: Our mechanics verify the bike's condition (usually 2-3 business days).
  • Credit: Funds are returned to your original payment method immediately after approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your E-bike arrives with cosmetic or mechanical issues, Oriana Luxe assumes 100% of the cost. We will either send a mobile mechanic to your door or exchange the bike for a new unit at no cost to you.
