📦 Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, contact support@orianaluxe.com with the order number.
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges permitted for defective or damaged items.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges processed after returned item is received and inspected.
đź’° Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of a return, refund approval or rejection will be confirmed.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returns not due to defective or incorrect items, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Personal care items (if applicable)
❌ Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund is not received within 10 business days, verify with your bank or payment provider.

🌍 International Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Duties, customs fees, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all international returns (except defective/incorrect items).
