Shipping & Setup
How does the bike arrive?
Your E-bike arrives 95% pre-assembled in a heavy-duty reinforced shipping crate. You will only need to attach the pedals, straighten the handlebars, and perform a quick safety check. We provide all the tools required in the box.
Are you an authorized dealer?
Yes. Oriana Luxe is an Independent Boutique Retailer. We work directly with major manufacturers like Trek, Specialized, and Rad Power to secure exclusive inventory. Every bike we sell is 100% authentic and carries its full manufacturer's warranty.
Technical Specs
How long does the battery last?
Range varies by model and riding style, but most of our curated collection offers between 45 and 80 miles on a single charge. Factors like rider weight, terrain, and assist levels will impact your total distance.
Do I need a special license to ride these?
In most of the USA and Europe, Class 1 and Class 2 E-bikes (up to 20mph) do not require a license or insurance. Class 3 bikes (up to 28mph) may have specific local restrictions. We recommend checking your local municipal laws before purchase.
Returns & Warranty
What if I don't like the bike?
We offer a 30-Day Home Trial. Ride the bike for up to 10 miles. If it doesn't transform your commute, contact us for a professional collection and refund. (Note: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns).
How do I handle repairs?
Since we sell major brands, any certified local bike shop can service the mechanical parts. For motor or battery issues, contact our Luxe Concierge team, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer to get you replacement parts or local service credit.
